Graduate Research Assistant - Center for Innovative Materials Processing through Direct Digital Deposition

The Laser Processing Division of the Applied Research Laboratory is seeking graduate students to research and support various activities related to sensing, control, and data analysis of additive manufacturing systems under the Center for Innovative Materials Processing through Direct Digital Deposition (CIMP-3D), as well as the Laser Processing Division.

Students must have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, engineering science, or materials science, and will work 20 hours per week.

Students must be enrolled at Penn State as a graduate student working towards advanced degrees. 

You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply. Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation.
